The journey of your valuables
Send your box to us
Take your box to a local Post Office or arrange for it to be collected from your home. On entering our HQ, our logistics team will scan the barcode to log its arrival.
Appraisal and offer
Our vintage valuers will carefully appraise your items, and then our friendly buying team will call you with an offer for everything. We'll send the money to your bank account within 24 hours of accepting our offer.
Preparing items for their next life
We'll review your items one more time and then prepare each piece to be photographed. Finally, we'll package each piece carefully before shipping it to its forever home.

Resale
Most items are prepared for online and offline auction houses as single pieces or bundles.
Repair
Items that can't be fixed may be dismantled into individual components to restore similar pieces.
Reuse
If an item has historical value, we'll contact a relevant museum.
