Really easy to process of getting the prepaid postage label and sending my box via Royal Mail. Also great customer service as able to ask questions and kept up to date with emails and messages.

Very easy to deal with. One little issue is I needed 5 labels but had to have them 1 at a time. Wouldn't it be cheaper for you to send 1 envelope with 5 labels in.
